In 2003 the WTSL kicks off its tenth year of existence with a new league format. Players will be split off into two divisions of players with promotion and relgation at stake.
The Premier League features some the country's most accomplished players. In fact, the Premier League participants have claimed the last seven national championship titles. The last place finisher in the Premier League will get relegated to the next division.
The First Division includes less experienced players who will compete to see who gets promoted to the Premier League. The Hardin Power Index will be used to rank players in both divisions.
